Examia is an independent prep platform. It is not affiliated with, accredited by, or endorsed by France Éducation international, which designs the TCF Canada. "TCF" is used descriptively only.
Examia is likewise not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), with any accredited test centre, or with any public authority.
No service sold on this site amounts to exam registration, an official session, a level certificate, immigration advice or representation before an administrative authority. Registration for the TCF Canada is done exclusively through centres accredited by France Éducation international.
Trade marks, names and acronyms mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the exam being prepared for.
6. Status of AI-generated scores
Scores produced by our Written Expression and Spoken Expression simulators are estimates generated by artificial intelligence and calibrated on teacher-marked papers. They are in no way an official result and carry no guarantee as to the score obtained at the real exam.
7. Rename and URL migration
The service operated under the Examia brand succeeds the service previously sold under the "Pack Ayoub" brand at formation-tcfcanada.com.
This is a change of trading name and of technical platform. It comes with a full rebuild of the service: new application, new content, new AI-assisted marking features.
Addresses on the former site are permanently redirected to the matching pages on examia.tech. Pages with no direct equivalent are redirected to the closest page by subject, so links and bookmarks pointing at the old domain keep working.
Accounts opened under the former brand, and access rights active at the time of the migration, were carried over. The users concerned were told by email how that was handled. Any question about access acquired under the former brand can be sent to support, quoting the email address used at the time.
The applicable conditions are now those published on this site: terms of use and terms of sale.
8. Intellectual property
Everything that makes up the site — structure, texts, practice topics, model answers, marking grids, audio recordings, illustrations, visual identity, source code and databases — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the property of the publishing company or its licensors.
Reproducing, displaying, adapting, extracting or distributing any of it, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written permission, save for the exceptions provided by law.
Content served to accounts carries a personal watermark identifying the recipient account. Removing or altering that watermark, and distributing watermarked content, engages the responsibility of the user concerned.
9. Editorial responsibility
Learning content is produced carefully and reviewed regularly. It cannot, however, guarantee a result at the exam. Information about the format of the TCF Canada, its scales and the requirements of immigration programmes is given for guidance only: only official sources are authoritative, and they can change without notice.
Links to third-party sites are offered for information. Examia has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for it.
10. Reporting content
Any content you believe to be unlawful, inaccurate or infringing your rights can be reported to support@examia.tech, giving the address of the page concerned, the nature of the problem and, where relevant, what supports your request. Reports are reviewed and answered with reasons.
11. Governing law
This site and the contractual documents published on it are governed by French law. Complaint handling, mediation and the European online dispute resolution platform are covered in the terms of sale.
